Iced Raspberry Mousse

To make 4 mousses, you will need:

Making and cooking it
  1. Put the raspberries in a bowl and mash them with a fork until they are squashed
  2. Then, add the icing sugar to the bowl
  3. Stir the raspberries and icing sugar to mix them
  4. Then, add the yoghurt and stir it in until everything is mixed together
  5. Pour the cream into a bowl. Then, use a whisk to whisk the cream until it is thick
  6. Add the yoghurt mixture to the cream. Then, gently turn the mixture over and over to mix everything together
  7. Carry on until the whole mixture is pink
  8. Then, break the meringues into small pieces. Add them to the mixture and stir them in
  9. Spoon the mixture into the dishes
  10. Then, put the dishes into the freezer for 2 hours, or until the mousses have frozen solid
  11. Take the frozen mousses out of the freezer. Then, decorate each mousse with a raspberry and 2 mint leaves
