Chocolate Shortbread

This is a vegetarian recipe

The MOST Chocolaty shortbread you will ever eat.


Making and cooking it
1. Cream together margarine and sugar until soft
2. Blend in the flour, cocoa and vanilla essence and knead lightly
3. Either cut out individual biscuits and/or put into a greased tin or shortbread mould  
4. Bake at 325*F/170*C/Gas mark 3 for approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on size
5. Once cooked, sprinkle the top with caster sugar and cool on wire racks
