A delicious recipe that gives scallops something different.

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°f/Gas Mark 7
2. In a food processor, blend together the flour and butter to make pastry
3. Divide the pastry into four and roll each one into a long narrow strip
4. Put the scallops on a baking sheet and wrap each strip of pastry tightly round a scallop
5. Scatter the onion over the scallops then drizzle over the wine vinegar, soy and sesame oil
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
7. Serve immediately
