Ingredients
- brown bread
- margarine
- shredded lettuce
- chopped peppers
- grated cheddar cheese
- sliced tomato
- slice of mozzarella cheese
- sliced cucumber
Making and cooking it
- Take 2 slices of brown bread and thinly spread with margarine
- Cover one slice of bread with grated cheese
- Layer with slices of tomato, mozzarella, cucumber, peppers and lettuce
- Top with remaining slice of bread
- Cut in half and serve
