Bagels sandwiches with Tofu Spread cheese, tomatoes and chives

Ingredients
- 1 piece bagel, toasted
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Tofu Spread, softened
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped chives
- salt and black pepper
Making and cooking it
- Lightly toast the bagel.
- Spread Tofu cream cheese evenly over bagel.
- Top with cherry tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and pepper.
