Garlic Pitta Bread

You can use a frying pan if you don't have a griddle pan

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Make a few slits on one side of each pitta bread without cutting all the way through
  2. Heat a griddle pan
  3. Griddle to warm the pittas on each side or place them under a hot grill
  4. Melt the butter in a small pan and add the garlic, gently cook for 2 minutes making sure you don't burn the garlic
  5. Brush each warm pitta with the garlic butter
  6. Cut into slices
  7. Arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle with the salt and parsley.  Eat straight away!
