Marinated Olives

This is a vegan recipe
Very easy to make and great as a summer starter or to go with a barbeque
Ingredients
- 225g (9oz) black olives
- 225g (9oz) green olives
- 60ml (4 tablespoons) extra virgin olive oil
- 3 small sprigs each of fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano
- 4 small fresh bay leaves
- 1 large clove of garlic, peeled and sliced thinly
- 2 lemon slices, quartered
Making and cooking it
1. Mix everything together
2. Cover and set aside for 3-4 hours before serving. This lets the flavours mix together
3. Serve
