Making and cooking it
  1. Grate the cucumber, place in a colander and squeeze the excess liquid out
  2. Put the grated cucumber in a bowl.  Stir in the garlic, yoghurt, cucumber, mint and seasoning
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and store in the fridge until needed
