Beef Tacos

If you use good quality mince, you will get less fat to drain off. This can make a quick and tasty meal served with a variety of vegetables or salad.

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Add a splash of oil and heat a pan 
  2. Brown the mince before draining off the excess liquid
  3. Sprinkle in some spices and add 100ml water
  4. Give it a good stir and when it starts to bubble reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 10 mins 
  5. Stir occasionally until reduced to a lovely rich tasty filling
  6. Pre heat the oven to 180c or gas mark 4
  7. Place flat bottom taco shells open end down on a baking sheet and heat for 2 to 3 mins
  8. Put the mince in the middle of the taco shells and fold over
  9. Eat and enjoy
