Banana Bread

Tasty and moist, this is goes well with ice-cream too.

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C or gas mark 4
  2. Sift flour into large mixing bowl with bicarbonate soda & salt
  3. In a separate bowl, mix butter & sugar until light & creamy
  4. In another bowl, mash the bananas
  5. Now add the bananas to the butter mixture along with the milk & vanilla extract
  6. Mix well & add the flour mix
  7. Grease a loaf tin with some butter
  8. Add mixture to tin & bake in oven until it has risen & is golden brown
  9. When ready, remove carefully from oven & cool in the tin before removing & putting on a cooling rack or plate
  10. Eat & enjoy on its own or some yummy cream
