Yorkshire Pudding

This produces individual batters, but can also be used for one or two large batter puddings if wished. Cooking time would be a little longer.

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Mix flour and salt together
  2. Make a well in the centre and break in the egg
  3. Add half the milk and begin to mix slowly
  4. Beat mixture until it's smooth
  5. Add rest of milk
  6. Beat until mixture has tiny bubbles
  7. Add bits of lard to tray indentations
  8. Poor mixture into batter tin
  9. Cook at 220c for 20 minutes
