Butterfly Cup Cakes

These make attractive and moreish cakes for a party.

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Mix the butter with the sugar
  2. Beat the eggs
  3. Add eggs and flour slowly to the mixture and blend
  4. Spoon mixture into cupcake cases
  5. Place in preheated oven at 180C for 15 mins
  6. When cooked, allow to cool for a few minutes 
  7. Mix icing sugar with butter and add milk
  8. Slice off the top of each cake
  9. Cut out the wings by cutting each top in half
  10. Stick wings on with the butter icing
  11. Add Malteser and sprinkles
  12. Eat
