Use lots of fresh summer fruit. Make it pretty and serve it on its own. Sometimes simple is best.

Making and cooking it
  1. Wash the fruit and take off the stalks and green bits
  2. Arrange nicely on a large pretty plate
  3. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
