This is a traditional peasant dish from central Spain. The spiced sausage gives it a lovely rich flavour.

Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil and paprika
  2. Add the beans, chopped pork, chorizo and bay leaves
  3. Cover with water and bring to the boil
  4. Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
  5. Serve with vegetables
