Lemon Leeks and Sprouts

Making and cooking it
  1. Place the leeks in a large saucepan and add the stock
  2. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes
  3. Add the sprouts
  4. Stir, replace the cover and simmer again for 4-5 minutes until they start to soften
  5. Drain then season with salt and pepper and stir in the lemon juice, just before serving
