Making and cooking it
  1. drain the sause from the strawberry tin
  2. then pour the strawberrys into the blender
  3. use a knife to chop the bannana in to thin sclices
  4. then carefully put them into the blender
  5. measure out the milk and add that too
  6. and MIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. pour either into indervidual glasses or one big jug
