World War Two Honey Cake

Making and cooking it
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cream the shotening in a bowl
  3. Add honey and egg
  4. In a bowl, sift together,flour,baking soda,salt and cinnamon
  5. Add alternateley with sour milk to shortening.
  6. Add the nuts.
  7. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9 baking pan
  8. Smooth top of batter with spatuala.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 35 mins or until done.
