  1. Put yoghurt in the blender,
  2. Put peeled kiwi in the blender,
  3. Put peeled and pipless avocado in the blender
  4. Put in the sugar
  5. Blend until not lumpy
  6. After you have blended, pour into a bowl and place in fridge for 2 hours
