Ingredients

Making and cooking it
  1. Tip the creme fraiche into a bowl
  2. Add the garlic and parsley
  3. Use scissors to snip the chives into the mixture
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Mix well and transfer to a serving dish
  6. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavours to infuse (this makes the flavours much more yummy!)
  7. Serve with baked vegetable crisps or carrot sticks
