Fruit salad is a great way to use up fruit which is a bit over ripe and helps you get your 5-a-day.
Ingredients
- 1 hand full rasberrys
- 1 hand full strawberrys
- 15% of a bottle pineapple
- 1 hand full grapes
- 2 apples
Making and cooking it
- Put half of the pineapple juice in the bowl
- Chop the apples
- Put the apple in the bowl
- Put in the rasberrys
- Chop the strawberrys
- Put them in to the bowl
- Chop the grapes
- Put the grapes in the bowl
- Put the rest in the bowl
- You are done!!!
