Making and cooking it
1. Half pitta breads and arrange on a large plate
2. Cut carrot length ways and place between pittas to create body of the butterfly
3. Thinly slice egg and arrange on lower wings. Place cucumber on upper wings
4. Slice one of the tomatoes. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise on cucumber and place slice of tomato on top
5. Slice two thin strips of cheese to use as antenae. Cut the remaining tomato in half and place on the end of the antenae
6. Shape remaining cheese as you would like and place on top of the body
7. Decorate wings with red pepper and cress
