Making and cooking it
  1. Slice Pitta Bread with a sharp knife
  2. Squirt salad cream over both surfaces of the inside of the pitta bread
  3. Add the lettuce to one side of the bread
  4. Carefully chop or grate the cheese and add
  5. Slice cucumber and add to bread
  6. Place second side of bread onto the cucumber
  7. Decorate your plate with tomatoes and cress
