Very good served with a salad of lettuce and sliced onion

This dish hit the spot I have to say. I plated mine up with a dollop of coleslaw, having no lettuce or onions for a salad. However, users should beware that both sides may need to be fried for slightly (perhaps 30 seconds) more than 1 minute, depending on the particular frying pan being used.
