Did this cake and it is fantastic i did it with Cherry Berry mix from Asda and Mango it turned out beautiful

I left out the cinnamon, apples and sultanas and instead added the juice of a lemon and zest of two lemons and when cold added the juice of the other lemon and sugar and poured it over the top, would be better to soft ice the top. scrummy

Have had one of the cakes going since April, each time i change flavours, some of which are choc chip, spiced cherry, pineapple etc.

if you find all your friend have one but you want to keep it going halve the amount you feed it and then just split it into 2. Great suggestion. We have had some queries about what to do with your ever growing cake. Thanks. The Cookit Team.
