its all sloppy and wet! Tablespoon measures can be a bit variable and this may have been the problem, we have added grams to give you a more accurate guide. Also you do need to heat the custard through for a while to make sure it thickens, perhaps your's needed a little longer? Hope this helps. The Cookit Team
