Hi when making this fudge, when do you add the butter, and i presume you add the condensed milk with the milk. The photo recipe does tell you the answers to your questions and we have edited the main recipe to make it clearer for you too. Thanks for your comment. The Cookit Team.

What temperature should the caramel be to get to that balling stage please? Mine turned out delicious but too soft to cut
