Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Slices of bread
- A little oil to grease the pan
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk/Fork
- Frying Pan
Making and cooking it

1.Turn the stove on, pour a little oil (5ml/1 teaspoon) into a frying pan and heat the pan until hot
2. Break the eggs in to a bowl and beat with a whisk or fork
3. Soak the bread in the beaten eggs for about a minute (make sure you do both sides!)
4. Put the egged bread in the frying pan. Fry one side for one minute then turn over and fry that side for one minute
5. Remove and eat immediately
