A good refreshing snack
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 15ml (1 tablespoon) peanut butter
  • 15ml (1 tablespoon) runny honey
  • 200g (8oz) natural low fat yoghurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Blender
Making and cooking it

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender; don't forget to put the lid on!
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into glasses and serve straight away
