Great for any time of the year and parties.
Ingredients

Choose at least 3 or 4 different sorts of fruit from the list below:

Banana - cut into thick slices
Kiwi - cut into quarters
Pineapple - cut into large chunks
Strawberries
Melon - cut into large cubes
Satsumas - separated into segments
Apple - cut into large cubes
Pear - cut into large cubes
Peach - cut into large cubes

Any other seasonal fruit

Bamboo skewers or cocktail sticks
100g (4oz) bar of your favourite chocolate

  • Small Bowl
  • Sharp Knife
  • Teaspoon
  • Plate/Bowl
  • Bamboo Skewers/Cocktail Sticks

Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

1. Prepare all the fruit and put in bowls or on a large plate
2. Break the chocolate into pieces into a small bowl
3. Melt cbocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds
4. Stir with a teaspoon and do this for again for 20 seconds and again until the chocolate is melted
4. To serve, put out bamboo skewers or cocktail sticks to spear fruit and then dip into melted chocolate. Yum!
