Ingredients
- 500ml orange juice
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) fresh root ginger, peeled
- 5ml (1 teaspoon - about 15 strands) saffron
- pinch of cardamon
- 1 cinnamon stick for stirring
Healthier version
This is a healthy drink full of vitamins and no added sugar.

- Garlic Crusher
Making and cooking it

1. Pour the orange juice into a jug
2. Grate the ginger and crush it in a garlic press to squeeze the juice out into the jug (throw away the ginger pulp)
3. Add the saffron to the jug
4. Stir well with the cinnamon stick
