Ingredients
  • jelly
  • oranges
  • hot water (300ml/½ pint)
  • cold water (just a little bit)
Equipment
  • Sharp Knife
  • Metal Spoon
  • Mixing Jug
  • Bowl
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

1. Slice the oranges in half (ask your mum or dad to help)
2. Scrape the orange out of the skin (use a metal spoon to dig in deep)
3. Break the jelly pieces in the jug
4. Add hot water and then cold water (it will turn from a solid to a liquid)
5. Stir the jelly in a bowl so the water and jelly together make jelly water
6. Pour the jelly water in the orange skin
7. Place the oranges in the fridge until it is set
8. Enjoy your meal (share it with your friends)
