Ingredients
- 225g Flour
- 6g yeast [if you want to]
- 3g salt
- 20mls olive oil
- 150mls water [warm]
Equipment
- Spoon
- Glass or jug
- Mixer
- Rolling pin
- Fork
Making and cooking it

- Mix the flour yeast and salt in a bowl
- Make a well in the centre then add the olive oil and most of the water
- Mix to a soft but manageable adding water is necessary
- Turn it on to a floured surface and knead
- Roll it in to a circle
- Prick it with a fork
- Top it off with some tomato sauce on the base and with lovely topping\'s on the top.
- Bake it
