Ingredients
- Half a cup quinoa
- A cup water
- 2 cups green vegetables (brocoli, bell pepper, etc)
- One carrot
- One breaded soja (soya) steak
- One tablespoon of olive oil (or any vegetal oil)

- a teaspoon

Making and cooking it

- Make sure all the vegetables are clean, and if they aren't, wash them.
- Rinse the quinoa (they are usually already pre-rinsed).
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Quinoa isn't like pasta, so you can add it at the same time as the water. Let it simmer for 8 to 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrot, you can add it to the saucepan or add it after with the other vegetables.
- Cut the other vegetables, be careful to not cut them bigger than an inch.
- Fry the vegetables with 2 teaspoons of olive oil (you can use less oil). If you feel like the vegetables are too dry, you can add one or two tablespoons of water.
- Fry the soja steak with a teaspoon of olive oil. Then cut it in small pieces.
- Put the quinoa in a bowl with the vegetables, then put the pieces of the soja steak on top.
- Enjoy your meal.
