  • 225g Breadcrumbs
  • 5g Ground ginger
  • 3g Cinnamon
  • 5g Aniseed
  • 25g Sugar
  • 150ml Water
  • Wooden spoon
  • Scales
  • Saucepan
  • Pizza cutter ( or knife )
  • Oven (optional)
  • Chopping board
  • Stove
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. Dry breadcrumbs in oven but don’t let them turn brown
  2. Mix other ingredients in saucepan
  3. Add breadcrumbs
  4. Warm gently and mix with a wooden spoon until you have dough
  5. Dust chopping board with ground ginger and cinnamon
  6. Turn the dough out on the board until 5 mm thickness
  7. Cut into small circles (2-3 cm across)
  8. Either cook! ( 320c for 15 mins )
  9. Or eat!
  10. Enjoy!
