Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread, size dependant on appetite.
- butter or butter-like spread.
- Fillings: any that you like, enough to cover each slice of bread. I used ham, cheese, tomato, pepper, olives and cucumber
Healthier version
Try using a low fat spread rather than butter. You could use brown or multigrain bread which contains more fibre.

- Plate
Making and cooking it

- Butter each slice of bread on one side
- Place fillings on bread
- Build up slices and fillings as you wish
