Ingredients
  • 4 slices of bread, size dependant on appetite.
  • butter or butter-like spread.
  • Fillings: any that you like, enough to cover each slice of bread. I used ham, cheese, tomato, pepper, olives and cucumber
Healthier version
Try using a low fat spread rather than butter. You could use brown or multigrain bread which contains more fibre.

  1. Butter each slice of bread on one side
  2. Place fillings on bread
  3. Build up slices and fillings as you wish
