  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 1 olive - chopped
  • black pepper to taste

  1. Thinly spread margarine on bread
  2. Layer lettuce and ham
  3. Arrange peppers in star shape
  4. Place cucumber on top
  5. Make smiley faces with remaining peppers and olives
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste
