Ingredients
- 1 x white bread roll
- 1 x tomato sliced
- 1 x cucumber sliced thinly
- 5 x chopped black olives
- 50g (2oz) cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 x red pepper sliced
- 1 x yellow pepper sliced
- 2 x turkey sliced
- 25g (1oz) margarine

Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food. 1. Slice the bread roll in half
2. Spread margarine onto the cut side of each half roll
3. Make three columns of olive, cheese and rolled up turkey slice on each half roll
4. Lay tomato slice on top of the cheese and turkey roll
5. Cut a spiral shape onto each cucumber slice
6. Unroll the cucumber slices and lay on top of the half roles
7. Garnish the plate with the sliced peppers
