Ingredients
  • 3 eggs 
  • a pinch any spices /e.g. black pepper,salt
  • 100g white rice
  • teaspoon milk /water [optional]
  • any amount Vegetable [ broccoli, tomato, avocado] [onions]-must be cooked

  • A pan 
  • mixing bowl
  • fork
  • spoon
  • any kitchen tool

  1. First you crack 2-3 eggs
  2. Mix them very well until you only see light yellow.
  3. Put any kind of spices [recommended]e.g.black pepper,salt
  4. Mix again very well
  5. Add a tea spoon with milk or water [optional]
  6. Cook white rice or microwave rice packs
  7. Cook the omelette on the pan
  8. Get the rice ready on a right sized plate
  9. Put the cooked omelette on top of the rice
  10. Put some ketchup if needed and put the cooked vegetables on the sides
