Ingredients
  • 1 bagel
  • a little sunflower spread
  • 2 slices of mozarella cheese
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1 big slice of fat free ham
  • a handful of lettuce
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • red, yellow & green strips of pepper
  • a pinch of pepper
Healthier version
Try multigrain or brown bread for a healthier option. Using a low fat spread can reduce the saturated fat.

Mmm...I love this sandwich! Nice to know that I am eating somethig delicious and healthy at the same time. Is it really that healthy? If it is, I am amazed! Are there any more healthy sandwiches I can make using your website, with DETAILED recipes?
