Comments: The dish is simple to make but care is needed chopping the vegetables and cooking in the wok.

Number of servings: 2-3 persons

  • 1 packet rice noodle or egg noodle cooked
  • 4 carrots cut into cubes
  • 2 peppers colored cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushroom cut in halves
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup shrimps cooked
  • 1 TBsp fish sauce and oyster sauce
  • 2 TBsp soy sauce and sesame oil
  • 1 TBsp canola oil
  • 1 green onion
  • big wok 
  • 1 knife ,
  • 1 cutting board 
  • 1 tablespoon, 
  • 1 teaspoon, 
  • 1 spaghetti spoon ,
  •  1 wood spoon
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. We cook the vegetables(carrots, mushrooms and the peppers, respectively) in a hot wok with the canola oil
  2. We put the shrimps in and we stir untill all ingredients combine
  3. We put in all sauces needed and sesame oil
  4. We add the cashews and we stir all together
  5. We finally add the noodles and we serve it
  6. We garnish the plate with fresh green onion
