Ingredients
- 1 packet rice noodle or egg noodle cooked
- 4 carrots cut into cubes
- 2 peppers colored cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh mushroom cut in halves
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup shrimps cooked
- 1 TBsp fish sauce and oyster sauce
- 2 TBsp soy sauce and sesame oil
- 1 TBsp canola oil
- 1 green onion
Equipment
- big wok
- 1 knife ,
- 1 cutting board
- 1 tablespoon,
- 1 teaspoon,
- 1 spaghetti spoon ,
- 1 wood spoon
Making and cooking it

- We cook the vegetables(carrots, mushrooms and the peppers, respectively) in a hot wok with the canola oil
- We put the shrimps in and we stir untill all ingredients combine
- We put in all sauces needed and sesame oil
- We add the cashews and we stir all together
- We finally add the noodles and we serve it
- We garnish the plate with fresh green onion
