Ingredients
- bap
- butter
- grated cheese
- peppers in strips
- washed lettuce
- ground black pepper
Healthier version
Try using low fat spread instead of butter. Wholemeal bread is better for you than white bread as it contains more fibre.
Equipment
- Butter Knife
- Serving Plate
- Grater
Making and cooking it

- Spread the butter on both slices of the bap and place on empty plate
- Place the grated cheese onto the flat slice of the bap
- Add the pepper strips and lettuce
- Season with ground pepper and place the remaining slice of bap on top
- Enjoy!
