  • 3 slices bread
  • 2/3 cheeses
  • 2 slices tomato
  • butter
  • small handful of salad
  • olives and cucumber for decoration
  • hungry tummy!
Healthier version
Try having wholmeal or seeded bread as it conatins more fibre. You could use a low fat spread instead of butter.

1. Collect ingredients
2. Place bread on plate and butter on one side
3. Layer cheese and tomato using all ingredients
4. Eat!
