A recipe that brings a bit of zing to the traditional chop
Ingredients
  • one lean, boneless pork chop
  • 60ml (4 teaspoons) of honey
  • 60ml (4 teaspoons) of mustard
  • lemon pepper powder
Equipment
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Grill Pan
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

1. Mix the honey and mustard together
2. Smear onto the chop
3. Sprinkle on lemon pepper lightly
4. Place under a medium grill for 10 minutes
5. Remove from grill
6. Turn chop over
7. Smear raw side with remaining honey-mustard mix
8. Sprinkle on Lemon pepper lightly
9. Grill for a further ten minutes
