Ingredients
  • 1 piece bagel, toasted
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Tofu Spread, softened
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped chives
  • salt and black pepper
Equipment
  • Tip: Make your own herb tofu spread by adding 1 Tbsp (15ml) of finely chopped fresh herbs to softened tofu spread.
  • Tip: Replace red cherry tomatoes with heirloom or yellow and orange cherry tomatoes.

  1. Lightly toast the bagel.
  2. Spread Tofu cream cheese evenly over bagel.
  3. Top with cherry tomato slices.
  4. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and pepper.
