  • 1 cup Self raising flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 150ml Water
  • Any amount Sultanas
  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Sieve
  • 9×9 tin

  1. Preheat oven to 250° and grease a 9×9 tin.
  2. Sift flour and put in mixing bowl with the sugar and raisins.
  3. Mix together while slowly adding water.
  4. Put the mix into the tin and into the oven.
