Ingredients
- 150g plain flour
- 1 medium egg (beaten)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 75g light brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100g chocolate pieces (white chocolate may burn)
- 125g unsalted butter
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 oven, preheated to 190 degrees

Making and cooking it

- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the salt.
- Pour the melted butter in a mixing bowl with both sugars. Mix
- Tip the egg and vanilla extract in and mix until smooth.
- Sift the flour and baking powder and fold in until creamy.
- Add the broken chocolate and stir until even.
- Use a tablespoon to divide the mixture. If you want smaller cookies, use a teaspoon.
- Separate them 4cm on 2 baking trays lined with baking parchment
- Put them in a the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- DO NOT TOUCH UNTIL COOL< DO NOT REMOVE< THEY BREAK EASILY
- EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
