Ingredients
- 250g (10oz) low fat cheddar
- 225g (9oz) tin of pineapple rings in its own juice (not syrup)
- 1 large orange
- cocktail sticks

Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food. 1. Carefully cut the cheese into bite size cubes
2. Cut the pineapple into eighths
3. Cut the orange in half and place, flat side down, onto a plate
4. Thread a piece of pineapple and a cube of cheese onto a cocktail stick
5. Push the filled cocktail stick into the orange and repeat to make a hedgehog
