Ingredients
- 7.5 oz self raising flour
- 7.5 oz sugar
- 7.5 oz margarine
- 4 large eggs
- teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pot double cream - filling
- 3 tablespoons rasberry / strawberry Jam - filling
- sprinkle icing sugar
Equipment
- 2 x 7" Baking tins - Liners optional
- Electric whisk
- Scales
- Oven
- Wire rack
Making and cooking it

- Heat oven 180c or Gas mark 4
- In a bowl put flour, eggs, baking powder, sugar, margarine
- Whisk on full speed, until mixture falls from spoon
- Divide mixture between 2 x tins
- Put tins in center of oven for 30mins
- Pour double cream in a bowl - whisk until peaking
- When cooked, take out of tins and let cool
- Add Jam, Cream, Icing sugar
- Enjoy
