Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber
  • 275 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, peeled and chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint

1. Grate the cucumber, place in a colander and squeeze the excess liquid out.
2. Stir in the garlic, yoghurt, cucumber, mint and seasoning.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and store in the fridge until needed.
