Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 275g (11oz) Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, peeled, crushed and chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 x 15ml spoons (tablespoons) chopped mint

Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food. 1. Grate the cucumber, place in a colander and squeeze the excess liquid out
2. Put the grated cucumber in a bowl. Stir in the garlic, yoghurt, cucumber, mint and seasoning
3. Garnish with mint leaves and store in the fridge until needed
