  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 pound sugar snap Peas
  • 3 cups cubed, cooked turkey tenderloin

  1. In a bowl, mix broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper flakes well
  2. Heat oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic, and cook until onion becomes soft
  3. Add snap peas and carrots, and cook 2 minutes, then add turkey and cook until it becomes golden brown on all sides
  4. Cook some rice to your taste and add in the turkey mixture
